This research project aimed at researching on possibilities of applying TinyML for motion pattern recognition for students with Autism. The hardware for this research project is Movuino, which is developed and designed by Dr. Kevin Lhoste from MakerLab CRI. During this research internship, I achieved the following tasks: - Automated the motion recording process with Python and built a real-time dashboard for viewing the IMU data - Deployed the architecture on Movuino (smartwatch prototype) & trained 5-layer CNN Models - Deployed Tensorflow lite examples in Arduino Nano 33 and documented troubleshooting answers on GitHub repo - Developed digital fabrication skills, like 3D Modeling in Fusion, 3D printing - Achieved repeating the scientific experiment of PolySense with Rajeev Mylapalli and Youssouph Ndao - Improved knowledge in making Bluetooth connections among hardware
