• Warehouse & Inventory management: Communicate wholesale purchase orders with warehouse. Monitor data entry, pick and pack, and shipping accuracy for all customer POs. Manage stock supply levels and communicate to management accordingly. Maintain order log to ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner. • Sales & Operations: Manage and communicate with EU and US Men’s accounts (Including Liberty, Barney’s, Ron Herman and Bloomingdale etc.). Maintain wholesale client relationships through frequent follow-up and accommodating requests after delivery of goods. Maintain retail account files; payment and shipping information. • E-Commerce Management: Responsible for content and inventory management. E-shop order fulfilment and invoicing. • Bookkeeping of Boutique store and EU sales. Generate quarterly sales report.
