• Oversees all processes, programs, and initiatives including merchandising, marketing, e-commerce, quality assurance, asset protection, and communications for one of the top highest sales store nationally • Analyzes, compiles and completes necessary financial reports, as well as managing all store budgets and expenses. • Works with key functional and operational stakeholders ensuring shared understanding of Operations objectives, and anticipated outcomes. • Establishes rapport and provide clients with accurate pricing information and assisting them in their selections • Review online specials and cross confirm with over on hand inventory delivering sales reps with up-to-date information • Work closely with service and sales managers to ensure high quality service and customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper accountability for daily cash handling and company banking • Provide leadership, guidance, and development for all associates • Manage adherence to all regulatory and compliance legislation and company policies. • Manage store’s vendor relationships • Lead store associates through the execution of company business plans/objectives to drive sales, be profitable and provide a superior customer and associate experience
Introduce financial solutions including financial protection and retirement planning that suit individual clients explaining features of various policies and products Analyze market conditions and trends as well as client’s current financial situation to provide clients with the best information to make good financial decisions Maintains working relationship with financial providers including Transamerica, Nationwide, and other companies Obtained Life License in Massachusetts allowing the closing of certain financial products
Work directly with the leaders of Ambata Capital in building the advisory services for First Artist Bank Work with one of the first clients of First Artist Bank in testing the effectiveness of the tier one advisory services
