About

M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Master in Business Administration with background in the engineering industry (automotive, mainly). Senior executive experience in international companies. Fluent in English, Spanish & Catalan. Intermediate level in German and French. Main competences fields are OPERATIONS, FINANCE & HR. I started my career in the operations field, focused to implement Lean Manufacturing (Lucas Engineering), then I moved to operational positions broadening my scope and dimension (Valeo > Cummins Engine > Faurecia). I became Industrial Director (Schneider Electric) in a division with 4 plants and 2 logistic centres (up to 1.100 reports). In this period, I additionally held responsibilities in Finance & HR. Later on, I included Sales, Marketing within my duties as CEO and COO positions in family companies: Funosa (castings for automotive applications), Embotits Espina (Food Industry) and Miquel-Rius (Printing). Since 2018 in Dungs Combustion Controls back again in a full international environment. In 2021 I moved to the German headquarters in Baden-Württemberg.
