Highly-motivated professional, I have an extensive experience in hardware design. Starting from a white sheet, I can bring a project to life working on the circuit design, schematic capture, monitoring of the PCB layout, debug and verification of the electronic boards. I am also used to work closely with the different team members and external contributors involved in the project : vendors, mechanical team, BSP team, manufacturing test team, factory … I have experiences in different fields with different levels of production (from a single machine to a million units per year) such as avionic, server design and telecommunication devices.
Design of a battery powered telemetry cattle collar with LTE and GNSS capability: - Integration of an MCU from ST Microelectronics (STM32L4 series) with an LTE module (EG91) and GNSS module (L76 series) from Quectel - Schematic capture with Altium and review of the PCB design
Design of a range of industrial and automotive gateways: MG90, RV50, MP70, LX40, LX60, RV55, XR80, XR90: - Schematics capture and PCB layouts of high-speed signal boards with different technologies (DDR3, USB 3.0, PCIe 2.0, Ethernet 5Gbits/s, SGMII, I2C, SPI) and automotive grade power supplies. Integration of cellular (4G & 5G) and WiFi modules - Debug and verification of the design at board and product level - Validation of the functionality of the gateways under different environmental conditions (shock and vibrations, low and high temperatures, ESD, humidity, EMC compliance) - Assisting manufacturing test team in the development of test fixtures for the gateways - Assisting RMA team - Use of Jira to report test results and collaborate with the different team members - Supporting the life of the product after market introduction
