Joined as an early finance hire and built the entire function from the ground up, steering the company through every major capital event to a successful NASDAQ listing. • Led M&A of Origo Biopharma (2021): due diligence and post-merger integration. • Raised €300M+ across successive private rounds (Series B Extension, C, D) • Executed the company's NASDAQ IPO end-to-end: SEC filings, IFRS reconciliation and ongoing listed-company reporting. • Built and leads Finance, FP&A, Risk Management, and Financial Reporting — from zero headcount to a fully operational team. • Finance interface with board, investors, and auditors; drives strategic planning.
