With over 30 years of work experience in the food industry, I am the Chief Executive Officer of Bonduelle, a global leader in plant-based food solutions. I joined Bonduelle in June 2023, after successfully leading NAOS, a skin care company, and Amy's Kitchen, an organic food company, as their President and CEO. I have a strong background in finance, having obtained two master's degrees in this field, and I have developed key skills in new business development, key account management, and process improvement. My core competencies include strategic vision, innovation, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement. My mission is to transform Bonduelle into a reference for well-living through plant-based food, while respecting the environment and the communities. I am passionate about organic food, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I speak two languages and have worked in different continents.
