• Collaborate with sister fab’s PIE, PEE, QEM teams to improve yield and reliability. • Communicate module related issues to Fab engineering and leadership teams. • Design, execute and analyze experiments to improve fab process, yield and quality. • Collect and interpret complex data to optimize Fab processes and increase yields. • Engage and/or lead cross-area engineering teams to solve process issues. • Work closely with global partners to stay current on module related topics and process alignment projects.
• To assist the team to develop marketing and technical information to support the Low Carbon Foot print (LCF) business. • To conduct research by using World Wide Web, PV magazines and literature papers in order to build up Low Carbon Footprint (LCF) processes in the database library. • Assisting and planning new marketing initiatives and producing content for those activities.
• Responsible to check and ensure that the condition of the runway and other airfield facilities are fit for launch and recovery operations. • Responsible for the implementation of tracking inspection and rectification dates of critical airfield installation as well as runway markings. • Demonstrated diligence and identified potential issues in the next day’s operations and followed through by coordinating with appropriate agencies • Undertook an additional role as a chemical warfare IC to ensure that all personnel in the squadron is within the validity of the course.
• Created a graphic user interface to allow better interface with the ballistic missile trajectory system. • Conducted weekly meetings with a team of 4 team members to tackle issues and resolve them efficiently. • Conducted monthly meetings with superiors to update the progress and allow them to better understand the system’s capabilities. • Demonstrated a positive and meticulous, detail-oriented attitude and was able to produce an effective graphic user interface to superiors, with no complains.
