Management of complaints. Merging the QMS (Quality Management System) of Paris and Brussels.
Manage, coordinate and control the activities of the Sterile Drugs (SD) production departments to ensure that manufactured products meet customer requirements and expectations. Review and investigate events & non-conformities related to the manufacturing process. Ensure thorough investigation of non-conformities & complaints and identify improvements to eliminate the defect. Management of Capa, sop, re-inspections, process changes (Change Request, Change control), Gemba, EMS, 6S, continuous improvement. Participation in regulatory inspections, internal and external audits.
Management of deviations Root cause investigation Capa Improvement action and awareness action Gemba
Management of deviations, initiation and follow-up of Capa. Qualification of a thermometer (probe + display). Writing of sop.
Calibrations in laboratory and on site. Management of deadlines and calibration files. Management of the metrological park: calibration and verification of the measuring instruments in relation to the use of the device or to the standard. Support Quality Assurance and management of Lab audits in ISO9001 and Belac. Responsible for certification by proceeding and determining the methods to be used. Research of technical improvements in the following fields: physics, electronics and especially in the systems of measurement of quantities related to the temperature and the pressure.
