Global Head of Human Resources Bayer Environmental Science (600 M€ - 600 persons) • Heading HR Function for a worldwide division composed of approx. 600 employees located in 60 different countries • Drive the Cultural Transformation Program across the organization. - Implement new company cultural traits in line with the Bayer LIFE values. - Develop initiatives to enhance a performance-driven business culture. - Leverage Transformation Agents’ team to support leaders in ‘changing’ times. • Engage the leaders to inspire and develop people. - Foster Development Dialogue and Leadership skills. - Provide business support to encourage team work and open feedback culture. - Strengthen cross-fertilization between divisions. • Successfully complete all Human Resources M&A activities related to the divestment of Bayer Environmental Science Consumer business (250M€ - 250+ persons) • Implement new Performance Management experimentation within the US organization strengthening the feedback process in the teams and focusing on continuous leadership improvement. • Foster Crop Science’s Focus Code and encourage stricter prioritization. • Contribute to the strategy implementation by serving as a Leadership Team member. • Lead Bayer Environmental Science Human Resources Community (5 persons) to increase unified teamwork and collaboration.
