He gives presentations and training sessions on GDPR content, planning and implementation. He has coached over 30 enterprises on their journey to GDPR compliance. He had developed a quick compliance methodology aimed at SME's and non-profit organizations, with all tools and documents. This includes a review of the Privacy policies, the Register of Processing activities, the contractual situation with the Data Processors, the Governance and Accountability, the Data Subject Rights, the DPIA and TIA with related mitigation projects, and the Data Breach process and procedures.

A multinational industrial organization has contracted with U-NEGO to assist them in the transfer of all their ICT outsourced operations to a new supplier. As SPOC of the customer towards the incumbent supplier, the role of Xavier was to monitor the EXIT activities according to the EXIT plan, with the least disturbance to the Customer's operations and with least Customer costs.
TEC is the public transport operator of the Belgian region of Wallonia, operating some 2.500 buses and tramways. TEC Liège/Verviers represents some 50% of the TEC operations. With the aim to prepare the arrival of the tramway in Liège, and to improve the bus maintenance operations, TEC Liège/Verviers needed a bespoke training program on Service Level Agreements.
