Director of the Analytical Research & Development (ARD) department, at Synthon Hispania, organized in the sections of AR (Analytical Research) and AD (Analytical Development). The Department involves about 40 persons and manage around 4 M€ of budget and is responsible of the analytics and support for the development of generic products, including method development and validation, as well as the corresponding testing of formularion trials, process validation, stability studies and others. Additionally: - Management of the ADG team at Synthon Netherlands, focused on coordination of CDLOs and external projects - Part of the Global Analytical Team, working on corporate alignment and improvement of Synthon Labs
Director of Analytical Compliance, part of the corporate area of Quality Assurance in Synthon. Leading and coordinating alignment, assessment and support projects for the different labs, from development to analytical operations, on Drug Product sites (Chile, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain) and API (Argentina, Czech Republic). The Area involves about 70 persons and manage around 3 m€ of budget and is responsible of the release analysis of the generic products manufactured at Synthon Hispania, the global management of the stability studies at Synthon, and the analytical support to the launch and maintenance of the products to the market.
