Brand & Market Growth - Lead regional brand strategy and go-to-market execution across ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand. - Oversee annual operating plans (AOP), brand budgeting, pricing strategy, and P&L management to maintain profitability and sustainable growth. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify market needs, inform pricing, and shape commercial and marketing strategies for each region. Campaign & Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with distributors, retail partners, industry KOLs, PR agencies, and cross-functional internal teams to drive brand expansion and commercial success. - Plan and support brand launch events, education initiatives, and industry collaborations to strengthen SkinMTX positioning and regional presence. Product & Portfolio Development - Manage product launch pipelines and NPD alignment, coordinating with R&D, Regulatory, PD, and Commercial teams to ensure claims, packaging, and timelines are market-ready. - Lead development of marketing assets and regional toolkits for retail, professional, distributor, and partner use.
