Deal experience includes advising: - Apax Partners on their sale of the shares in Exact Software, a leading provider of business and accounting software in the Benelux region, to KKR, a leading global investment firm. - Royal Ten Cate on the EUR 930 million sale of its thermoplastic and thermoset composites division to Japanese integrated chemicals and materials group Toray Industries, Inc. - KKR Infrastructure on its acquisition of Q-Park NV, a pan-European owner and operator of parking garages, from a large group of institutional investors, valuing Qpark NV at €2.95 billion. - J.C. Flowers & Co as selling shareholder in the IPO and listing on Euronext Amsterdam of ordinary shares in the capital of NIBC Holding N.V., a mid-sized Dutch bank with a focused mid-market corporate and retail product offering. The price per offer share in the IPO was set at EUR 8.75, corresponding to an initial equity value of approximately EUR 1.3 billion for NIBC. - A consortium consisting of Gilde, Parcom and ABN AMRO Participaties on their EUR 714 million public offer for Royal Ten Cate N.V. - Flow Traders N.V. and its selling shareholders on the EUR 1.5 billion IPO of ordinary shares and subsequent listing on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam.
