In this role, i was responsible for all commercial submissions to both internal and external stakeholders, Profit and Loss management of existing products, the development of new product offerings, enhancement of existing products through deeper understandings of customer insights and product behaviours. Also included, is revenue enhancement and the expansion into additional revenue channels, Business alignment between the various commercial areas, Sales, Marketing and Product to ensure alignment to meet functional and enterprise targets.
