Exceptionally Skilled Accountant with proven record of contributing to business success and financial solvency by proactively monitoring and maintaining record of assets and liabilities, presenting essential financial information to management and ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and filed. Seeking a long-term position which will allow utilization of my problem-solving skills and development analytical skills, as well as an advanced understanding of Financial Reporting, CPF, ECI and GST submission, Income Tax computation and Form C/CS submission.
• Handle full set of Accounts • Performing day to day accounting functions such as Account Receivable, Account Payable , Petty cash and General ledgers • Maintaining cash book and managing multi- currencies of cash for significant or small receipts and payments. • Liaise with banks on payment and receipt matters. • Issuing Quotations, Sale Orders, Delivery/ Return Notes, and Invoices, maintaining Receivable Aging Reports, and sending monthly statements of accounts (SOA) to customers. • Issuing Purchase Orders, Goods Received/ Return Notes, filing together with Suppliers’ Invoices, and reconciling monthly. • Maintaining Fixed assets register. • Manage full spectrum of payroll, managing employee leaves, medical and claim matters • Monthly CPF Submission. • Preparation and Submission Personal Income Tax • Preparation and Submission GST Quarterly. • Submitting Returns. Communicating and supporting to Auditor for Statutory Audit. • Undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities when required
• Assisted with financial tasks including invoice processing, cost sheet preparation and payment follow-ups. • Handling petty cash, invoice verification and basic bookkeeping. • Processing orders and quotations. • Mainly responsibility for Inventory control • Supported budgeting and expense tracking for trade operations. • Assisted in preparing pricing and profit margin reports. • Issuing reports on trade performance and stock level. • In charge of stock inventories and resolve if there any discrepancies.
