I believe the role of Finance extends far beyond reporting. It creates the greatest impact when it combines financial insight with business understanding. Reliable financial information is the foundation, but the real value lies in translating complex challenges into clear insights that support better decision-making. Over the past years, I have held various finance leadership roles within both the Automotive- and ICT sector. In these roles, I have led finance teams of around 10-15 FTE and supported organizations through integrations, process improvements and the further professionalization of financial reporting and management information. My strength lies in quickly understanding complex business challenges and translating them into practical, goal-oriented solutions.
