I am a strong believer in the potential of generic and reusable IT-components to build qualitative yet affordable online services for citizens and companies. An accessible, transparent government aims to provide a maximum level of service for every euro of taxes. In the public service domain, working together isn't optional.
I advise and support the Belgian National Social Security Office in the management of its balanced IT portfolio. My focus is more specifically on transversal services offered to citizens and companies and collaboration between the NSSO and other organizations.
I work on several Identity and Access Management projects for a range of Belgian government agencies. A common objective of those projects is to evolve to a standardized, highly secure yet user friendly access to the online services offered by the Belgian government to both citizens and companies. I also coordinate the service management for one specific Identity and Access Management (IAM) service used by a variety of public services in Belgium, allowing a flexible access management for the services and applications offered to companies as well as citizens. I assist public service providers in the integration process, discuss their specific needs and present the possibilities of our service. Once they're on board, I follow up on their experiences and potentially evolving requirements by means of regular service meetings to further improve our overall service. InternalIy, I coordinate our activities in order to ensure the quality and stability of the service, to respect SLA's, to offer a high quality support etc.
Business and functional analysis. Analyzing requirements and problems in order to create adequate software solutions in the field of Belgian social security and health care. keywords: Gathering requirements, meeting with stakeholders and clients, describing business processes as well as required functionalities, BPMN, SWOT, study charter, impact analysis, project charter. I also assumed the role of Test Coordinator from December 2008 until December 2011: - Scheduling and overseeing testing procedures related to an end-to-end service. - Determining testing needs prior to new releases. - Training and management of a dedicated test team. - Evaluation of test procedures and gathering feedback in order to enforce continuous improvement.
In a nutshell: - I coordinate the CSAM initiative, help create the roadmap and assure its execution in close collaboration with the public services involved - I currently assume the role of program manager for a specific program in our portfolio ---------------------------------------------------------------------- CSAM is the gateway to the online services of the government. CSAM contains agreements, rules and services for identification, authentication, authorization and access management. Thanks to CSAM, citizens and businesses can rely on uniform procedures and a trusted and secure environment to communicate with local, regional or federal administrations. https://www.csam.be
