• OTC (Order-To-Cash) model safeguarding & improvement: ✓ Identify quality gaps and potential improvement in SAP and design (technical) solutions for these, when applicable in co-operation with ICT and submit these solutions to the business process owner for review &development approval ✓ Validate these developed solutions (UA + testing) with affected users and share the solutions after implementation with all affected users ✓ Provide training on improved, changed and new OTC processes. • OTC model maintenance: Updating OTC master data in SAP and Legacy systems keeping data consistency and structure ✓ Customer master data based on the approved invoice flows (EMEA & APAC entities; SAP & legacy related systems (CDFS,CSPS, FSGA, ..) ✓ Material master data and related tables (SAP RC, SAP SD) ✓ SAP RC (Revenue Cycle) tables and conditions (VAT, Transport, markups...) to enable the proper order processing and intercompany & third party invoicing ✓ Performs regular clean-up exercises of SAP Master Data. • Helpdesk activity : Providing SAP OTC specialist guidance to the AG and CE SAP User Community by answering day by day mailbox queries: ✓ Month-end invoice support ✓ Assist the user on specific AG / CE OTC processes (e.g. errors received when creating orders & issuing invoices).
