GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Own end to end delivery of art and co-development projects, accountable for delivery quality, timelines, financial performance and client satisfaction • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, building long term, trust based relationships across multiple projects • Define and drive outsourcing and co-development strategies that balance creative excellence, cost efficiency and delivery risk • Lead cross-functional production planning and agile execution, including roadmaps, communication plans, milestones, sprint forecasting and resource alignment across internal and external teams • Own project financials and P&L forecasting, proactively managing margins, scope changes and delivery risks in partnership with leadership • Oversee external production pipelines from briefing through review and final delivery, ensuring alignment with creative vision and technical standards • Support vendor onboarding, talent scouting and growth opportunities, contributing to sustainable partnerships and long-term studio success
As a Producer at Atomhawk, I oversee outsourced art production pipelines from project kick off to final delivery. I partner with AAA studios to provide high quality visual development services across concept art, marketing art, UI/UX, 3D, and more. I act as the central hub between internal teams and clients ensuring alignment across creative vision, production schedules, and technical pipelines. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: ● Manage full scope external development pipelines from task scoping and sprint planning to milestone tracking and asset review across all art disciplines. ● Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, driving alignment on goals, timelines, deliverables, and risks to ensure smooth execution. ● Coordinate cross-functional teams (concept, 3D, UI/UX, animation) using tools like ShotGrid, Slack, Miro, Trello, and Basecamp, while leading dailies, reviews, and retrospectives. ● Create and maintain key production documentation, including estimates, SOWs, delivery trackers, project reports, and retros. ● Contribute to project strategy, including quoting, resourcing, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication, while fostering long-term client relationships through transparency and delivery excellence. Sample pipeline I’ve worked in: Pre-Prod: 1. 2D sketches -> Final render • character sketches to full turnaround sheets with call outs for materials, some texturing, colour, mat ID • environments typically would have modular pieces, lighting/props with different camera views 2. 3D block out, sculpting, mesh for animation, uv and texturing • environments would include grey boxing + trim sheets 3.
