I'm an operations-focused professional with a background that spans legal, content, and technology — which means I approach operational problems from a few different angles at once. I've built operating systems from scratch for distributed teams: Notion knowledge bases, Airtable financial backends, SOPs, and onboarding workflows. Because I’ve spent years in content and marketing, I build with an editorial eye for information architecture. I treat Notion spaces and company handbooks as products that need to be precise, accessible, and navigable for global teams. I'm a hands-on builder with AI and automation tools. I ship practical solutions using Claude Code, Zapier, Airtable, and Trello. I’m quick to add new ones when the problem calls for it.
• Technical Educator for the Glide blog, writing long-form content on AI and no-code and exploring how organizations across industries can use better systems and workflows to solve operational problems. • Article on chained AI workflows was included in Glide's course titled 'Building AI Business Software'. • Updated Glide’s knowledge base, maintaining documentation and producing technical content for a no-code platform with AI capabilities. Built a functional remote team employee portal as a test app to evaluate data structure, automations, and how platform features can be applied to real workflows.
• Currently architecting a Notion company handbook and operational workflows for a remote design studio. • Built the full email production system for CoreNet Global’s India chapter, creating a repeatable Trello-based workflow for request systems, approvals, and asset handoffs. This allowed for more regular, targeted communications that increased CTR from 6.3% to 15.9% and drove revenue growth through new member conversions. • Rebuilt CoreNet Global India’s website end-to-end, developing the content strategy and messaging, designing the information architecture, and building the site in Higher Logic. • Defined key engagement metrics for CoreNet Global’s emails and website, tracked performance month-over-month, and turned data into clear recommendations that guided content strategy decisions. • Wrote data privacy and consent management content for Usercentrics and Cookiebot for two years, covering topics including the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other US state-level data privacy laws, data processing agreements, and cross-border data transfers.
• Built an AirOps workflow that automates blog-to-YouTube repurposing, generating scripts that follow brand voice and respect internal requirements like video length. • Wrote product comparison articles for Buffer that drive an average 9.7% sign-up rate.
• Identified a visibility gap in team communication where individual workloads and blockers weren't shared across the team. Proposed and helped implement a weekly async check-in system in Slite (traffic light signals, current priorities, and blockers) that improved coordination, reduced blind spots, and created space for the team to flag when they needed support. • Managed the entire monthly product newsletter workflow independently, consistently maintaining 35%+ open rates. • Proposed and led Commsor’s template library from concept to launch, coordinating with writers, designers, the education team, and marketing to produce multiple assets, including templates that generated revenue. • Owned product content across two products (from topic selection to publishing), working closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to validate accuracy and align content with business goals and real customer needs. • Ran the entire content function during the team lead’s maternity leave, ensuring all channels, workflows, and deadlines continued seamlessly without backlog or missed deliverables.
