1. Product owner of MICRON NOR series devices. 2. Improve robustness of test coverage and screen development, leveraging on the vertical integrated model to maximize yield and quality 3. Drive yield improvement projects to achieve test yield target. 4. Perform in-depth electrical failure analysis to understand the root cause of the yield issues or NOR related failures 5. Identify design marginalities and recommend design fix for circuit-related problems 6. Work with the wafer fab process/integration group to address process-related defects. 7. Utilize various engineering systems/platforms and state-of-art equipment to support product characterization and electrical failure analysis. 8. Lead technical and failures analysis efforts in qualifications, excursions
- Responsible for new product introduction and management per manufacturing and customer requirement - Test program, probe card, and test cell qualification, including the test data analysis to secure test correlation - Analyze test data for yield improvement, test optimization, and building early detection systems on the manufacturing floor - Drive on the probe card qualification activities, analyze probe card performance, and prolong the probe card lifespan - Monitor engineering metrics and develop process to ensure tools stability, efficiency and improve test cycle time - Provide engineering analysis and lot disposition on the non-conformance lot to ensure quality risk-free
- Responsible for test program optimization to support production yield improvement, cost reduction, and tool stability - Manage NPI from test development team to manufacturing environment with stable test cell integration, qualification and release to production - Drive on the critical metric in Tools stability, test cost, NPI and test time cost reduction project, legacy offload conversion projects, final test yield improvement and test solution related fixes - Manage and resolve Product Engineering issues through daily operational support on sustaining activities and product improvement activities
- Handle ATE in daily manufacturing operation (IFLEX, Eagle, TI legacy tester) - Strive on ATE MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) and MTBBR (Mean Time Between Board Repair) improvement project - Develop automation project in Spotfire, excel macro to visualize and analyze the root cause of ATE breakdown, results in the project prioritization. - Responsible in new ATE setup, installation and buy off activities, including ATE's inventory and control inventory accuracy with process optimization - Leading a team of technicians to practice breakdown and preventive maintenance and perform troubleshooting and debugging in the test cell during critical tester correlation
