With a track record developed from International Arbitration, leading multiple teams throughout the wider Middle East region, Europe and Asia to help dispel the myths surrounding the issues of delay and disruption.
Member of the team bringing Business Management, Programme and Quantum expertise to a range of major national, and international, construction disputes. Focused on the nature and understanding of particular dispute matters, with their conversion into claims strategies, forming part of Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures.
Headed the construction division of the expanding Raymond Brown Group. Led the team through a regional expansion and reconfiguration of the business away from building and construction back towards a focus on the civil engineering and infrastructure markets. Particular focus was brought to ‘professionalising’ operations within the business, to align them with more sophisticated clients, whilst expanding operations within the local authority, waste and defence sectors.
Joined from college as a Graduate Civil Engineer, working through the traditional career path of engineering project management from small-scale civil engineering projects to large-scale infrastructure works. Responsible for the delivery of major infrastructure projects within the group, such as the €75m N8 Watergrasshill project in the Republic of Ireland and also a key member of the Highways and Major Projects team, working through business improvement initiatives and bidding for large-scale ECI contracts within the UK.
