1. Lab facility and management Support. 2. Qualified inoculation laboratory equipment and procedures for validation testing. 3. Mainly working on assemble/build internal design tester/hardware for production/engineering team. 4. 1. Support transferable knowledge and flexible to troubleshoot any type of equipment’s in Display, EM and Computer factories. Maintain unscheduled downtime for overall below 1%. 2. Leading MAU and Display FAST team to sustain Test Solutions and to overcome all systematic issues as well as managing the spares and Golden Module. 3. Sustain and improve MAU yield has improved from 76% to 82%. 4. Tracking and compile data on each slot of MAU chamber healthy and product. 5. Working together with ISC, engineer and others team to provide ideas to minimize the impact to OTTR when test solution having issue. 6. Leading MAU and Display FAST team to sustain Test Solutions and to overcome all systematic issues as well as managing the spares and Golden Module. 7. Project transfer such as HASS Plenum which able to complete fixing and validation within 3 months. Provide solution to US team for design problem. 8. Assist responsible for production 5S, audit compliance, ESD control and ISO certification awareness.
1. Improving theoretical Knowledge in test methodology, Tester HP3070 troubleshoots and tester setup. 2. Gaining practical experience in fault finding of various kinds of failure for unit under test and test equipment itself. 3. Supporting on fixture conversion, fin turning program, setting up new ICT tester, troubleshooting for the HP 3070 tester, ICT fixture maintenance and yield improvement. 4. Coordinate and perform monthly PM for fixture/Tester. 5. Perform in-house half yearly HP3070 CALIBRATION. (Yearly cost saving: RM 168,000 for 20 unit testers) 6. Machine/Tester spare parts order & inventory tracking.
