An ambitious guy constantly trying to learn and grow in the supply chain field. I'm currently well experienced in shipping and logistics. Had always look forward to transit into a deeper understanding of the supply chain field such as supply chain analyst. In a nutshell, diligence and passion are the two traits that reflects my individual by constantly improving myself in the aspect of knowledge, exposure and management.
- Plan and executing all transportation-related processes for both import and export shipments (air, sea and road shipments). - Liaising/close coordination with vendors, forwarders, and order analysts to plan and execute shipments. - Ensuring import and export shipments are compliance with the trade regulations by managing and validating invoices against placed orders, ensuring accuracy for customs processing and compliant of all products classification. - Fully participated in the SAP integration and fine tuning process. - Efficiently troubleshooting and resolving orders discrepancy and griefs that are being encountered in SAP system.
- Acting as a controller, controlling fleets for both import and export of FCL/LCL cargoes. – Knowledge of Portnet - Permit declaration for all import and export shipments. – Knowledge of Tradenet - Coordination of all import and export shipments for freight enquires and shipping documents requirements. - Financial knowledge of billing and invoicing of specific customers’ account. - Communication and problem-solving skills were horned by attending to all customers enquires/RFQ.
