Ich darf meine 30 jährige Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik/Radiologie sowie meine mehr als 15 jährige Erfahrung im Führen von großen und kleinen Teams in das Team von Menges Medizintechnik Schweiz mit einbringen. Die Planung, Installation, Einschulung und Wartung zukunftsweisender Medizintechnik stehen bei uns im Fokus. Mit unseren Erfahrungen bieten wir in der ganzen Schweiz individuelle und innovative Lösungen für Krankenhäuser, Institute, Ordinationen und verschiedenste Gesundheitseinrichtungen. Tyromotion was founded in 2007 and is a manufacturer of technology-based therapy and rehabilitation devices with the goal to sustainably improve people’s independence and quality of life. By using state-of-the-art technologies such as robotics, sensor technology, virtual reality and gamification, patients are accompanied through the rehabilitation process in a more intensive and motivating way. 100 employees at its own sites in Europe and North America and around 40 sales partners worldwide ensure a high level of proximity to customers. Within the past 3 years I could thankfully support my team to grow all areas with more than 20% CAGR, installed base as well as revenue - a huge progress with excellent team work! Honored and proud being responsible for Sales, Service, Marketing, Business Development and HR Departments. Didn't we all have challenging times in the past 3 years? My leadership style represents the full support of each and any team member achieving the optimal personal and business related result (which sometimes couldn't be the perfect result). Cooperation and direct communication first - emails second. Small strategic leaps are better than exhaustive long term steps. No ranks - not titles - but simply respect of and to everyone.
