Verantwortung für Einkaufsvolumen von über €180 Mio. sowie Führung und Weiterentwicklung internationaler Teams mit bis zu 17 Mitarbeitenden. Schwerpunkte liegen in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsorganisationen, dem Aufbau nachhaltiger Lieferanten- und Category-Management-Strukturen sowie der Digitalisierung von Beschaffungsprozessen.
Purchasing reponsibility in the Sinter business unit at the locactions Heuchelheim (Germany), Thale (Germany) and Ocoyoacac (Mexico) for direct and indirect purchasing categories, e.g. metal powder, subcontracting, CAPEX, purchased parts & local services Ensuring compliance with quality standards by suppliers for the procurement processes and participation in third-party audits (including VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, EN 9100, TISAX) and setting up a cross-functional monitoring system together with the quality and engineering department
additional takeover of the Schunk purchasing department of the Business Unit Industry and organizational merger into one purchasing organization
Worldwide purchasing responsibility for global commodity groups, e.g. IT & Digitization, CAPEX, International Logistics and packaging, oils & chemicals, toolings as well as corporate services (purchasing volume: > € 100 million) Implementation of continuous purchasing process improvements, including collaboration in a world-class procurement consulting project involving the transformation of the purchasing department into a category management organization
