I have 30 years experience in managing Operations & Maintenance Services of Automated Transit Systems around the world, reaching from the USA through Europe, Asia, the UAE and Middle East Managing a large portfolio of international clients. I have good leadership and mentoring skills on an international base, with proven records. Managing the System Operations and Maintenance performance support for Automated People Mover (APM) and Monrail Systems outside of North America, including Systems in Europe, Middle East & Africa and Asia
Through the purchase of Bombardier Transportation by Alstom as of 29 January 2021, I have transferred into the newly formed Organization of Alstom. Managing complete Asset Management contracts at Service Delivery Centers for Automated Transit Systems in Europe,Middle East with profit and loss responsibilities. In February 2015 I have taken on Project delivery responsibilities on the newly build Dubai Airport People Mover System (Innovia APM 300) which serves Terminal 1 to the new Concourse D at the Dubai Airport. Since February 2016 this System is in passenger service meeting 99.5% availability. My responsibilities reach from full O&M contracts for the APM Systems at the Frankfurt Main Airport, Munich Airport, Rome Fiumicino Airport,Madrid Barajas Airport and Dubai Airport. Technical support for the APM Systems at Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted Airports on an as need base, as well as the mobilization and O&M for the newly build APM System at the Jeddah International Airport, which started service in June 2020.
