As Executive Director of the Global New Energy Institute (GNEI), I lead a dynamic think tank dedicated to advancing "new nuclear energy" as a scalable solution for global energy needs. I oversee strategic initiatives to promote innovative nuclear technologies, such as small modular reactors (SMRs) and next-generation designs, aligning with the Paris Agreement's emission goals. My role involves driving international collaboration, shaping policy frameworks, and spearheading research to position nuclear as a cheap, safe and reliable path to prosperity and energy security.
