Responsible to create CHC Competitiveness, Innovation and performance through continuous improvement, Lean and Equipment Excellence Program deployment. Organize a performance transformation sustainable on the Europe sites, piloting Budget, Strategics Plan exercise, Site master Plan, dashboards for reporting with proactive approach Standardization (share best practices, same standards at each site, how, what, deploy, share…) Industrial Risk Management within CHC perimeter Responsible to develop SMS/ Lean / EEP and booster outputs across CHC site network Act as business Partner of the Operational Directions having for objective to deliver the adequate support requested at site/region level .
CHC platform Manufacturing Excellence team is about to launch a strategic performance project, “CHC equipment excellence program”. - Overall responsibility for the design and the delivery of this strategic program in CHC platform, as a priority, for European sites. - Train and lead a group of young people, VIEs (International Volunteer in Company) / apprentices, who will be our talent pipeline for Engineering and Maintenance job family in the future. - Work with an external consulting company to structure and drive this program simultaneously in our six European sites, Compiegne and Lisieux in France, Koeln in Germany, Origgio in Italy, Veres in Hungary and Rzeszow in Poland.
Coordination of distribution Center – dimensions -> Inventory +/- R$ 150 million; No. pallets administered 5.500 pallets; No. items analyzed 280 items; No. NF emitted 36000/year; no. volumes expedition 1,6 million/year; no. units 120 million/year. To guarantee through safe controls, the administration of the payments to the DC, in conformity to the contract; Manager the flow of finished product transfers, in order to available the product in the sale point in agreement with the commercial need. To coordinate with the DC and the commercial area, the process of the customers' complaint when to divergences in the deliveries;
To develop in the areas managerial reports and KPIs, to publish periodically the same ones; To elaborate study seeking to implement the S&OP - Sales & Operations Planning area; To facilitate the process Supply Chain Management study and change of chains seeking savings
Assist and support the Supply Chain Management Implementation Process ; Elaborate presentations SCM process; Develop spreadsheets and saving studies; Action follow up with the SCM team members;
