I am responsible for the plant in Hittisau at the Mersen PTT BU. My responsibility goes from HR, P&L, Sales to Product development. As the center of Exelence at Mersen PTT business unit Hittisau is responsible for slip ring, brush holders, signal transfer systems, Brush rocker and specific current transmissions from stand still to rotation.
I was responsible for production at this time in therms of Processes, OTDP,Laybor efficency, staff in this arrea.
