Shoreline Wind is a leading provider of cloud-based simulation and optimization software for the wind industry. Its digital twin platform helps developers, operators, and OEMs design, plan, and operate wind projects more efficiently, reducing risk and improving profitability across the full project lifecycle. I am responsible for driving enterprise sales across Europe, focusing on offshore and onshore wind developers, OEMs, and utilities.
Over the past couple of months, I worked on launching a cleantech startup. With the support of the Carbon13 venture builder, my co-founder and I explored multiple ideas — from battery storage siting software to offshore wind supply chain risk management tools. Although we didn't identify a viable product–market fit, it was one of the most enriching and valuable experiences of my professional career.
I worked for Scottish Development International (SDI), a Scottish government-funded economic development agency promoting international trade. The Polish branch of SDI operates from the British Embassy in Warsaw. My responsibilities included: • Energy Market Entry Advisory: Advised Scottish engineering, technology, and energy companies on entering the Polish and Baltic markets. This included insights into local market developments, regulatory frameworks, and go-to-market strategies. • Business Development: Facilitated international collaborations, joint projects, and synergies between Scottish and Polish energy sector stakeholders. Also provided introductions to key local partners.
Orsted is the world's largest offshore wind developer. During my short tenure at the Warsaw office, I worked as a senior consultant at Orsted Lab – group in charge of designing and implementing operational innovations on offshore wind sites. My responsibilities included: • Consulting: responsible for improving the process of implementing technological innovations across Orsted regions (Continental Europe, UK, APAC and North America), management of external consultants • Stakeholder management: in charge of aligning relevant parts of the organisation, including operations, finance, R&D lab and asset integrity management, among others.
Bidgely is an AI-powered SaaS company accelerating the clean energy transition by enabling utilities and consumers to make data-driven energy decisions. Powered by patented technology, Bidgely’s UtilityAI™ platform transforms diverse data streams—such as energy consumption, demographics, and user interactions—into highly accurate and actionable customer insights. My responsibilities included: • SaaS B2B Sales Strategy and Business Development: I continued to magage sales and growth activities in Europe and LATAM. In charge of a multimillion sales pipeline. • Account Management: responsible for managing relationships with all European clients and partners. • Project Management: designing and managing trial projects and proof of concepts, preparing project proposals and negotiating commercial terms. • People Management: managing less senior team members.
• Sales: Defined sales strategies and identified the most promising product–market fits. Supported the sales process from a technical perspective, managed presales activities, and liaised with product and engineering teams to ensure client requirements were properly understood and addressed. • Project Management: Acted as interim Customer Success Manager to launch one of the largest projects in Europe. • Strategy & Growth: Identified new opportunities and customer pain points to support the company’s growth in Europe. Represented the company at various conferences and events.
