I am a senior supply chain leader with over 20 years of international experience across Europe, currently serving as Global SIOP Director in a global manufacturing organization. I specialize in building and transforming end-to-end planning processes, with a strong focus on S&OP / SIOP and SAP IBP as an integrated planning platform. My experience combines strategic design with hands-on execution – from establishing structured planning processes and improving forecast accuracy, to optimizing inventory levels, aligning demand and supply, and stabilizing operations across multi-site environments. I have led cross-regional teams and transformation initiatives across EMEA, AMER and APAC, working closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics and commercial teams in complex, matrix organizations. I bring a pragmatic, structured approach to supply chain planning, combining operational depth with strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making. Based in Germany. I bring a mix of operational experience, multilingual communication (PL, EN, DE, IT, CZ) and a proven track record of delivering results across functions and regions.
