Performing mud logging duties during drilling operations on well site. Responsible for extensive communication with Customer and required third parties concerning information regarding drilling parameters, gas, geology and formation pore pressure evaluation. Working with Customer (ConocoPhillips) in headquarter in Norway to coordinate operations with the rig. Advising Customer in mud logging operations, interpreting surface logging data, troubleshooting, and assisting in other wellsite analysis and decision-making processes. Operating, monitoring and troubleshooting computer system and network, maintaining database using Halliburton INSITE computer system. Coordinating the transmission of digital data WITS, WITSML servers with Customer, contractor personnel and Company’s wellsite personnel.
Operating mud logging equipment and monitoring drilling parameters at the well site. Collecting and processing various types of geological samples. Producing geological, drilling and pressure evaluation logs and reports using Geoservices software. Communicating with the Client concerning information regarding drilling parameters, gas and geology evaluation.
