- Maintenance Project on Sun Yat-Sen Freeway from Keelung to Linkou ・Responsible for daily operations and annual maintenance planning for 81 km of freeway, including under-bridge land use, right-of-way boundaries, and associated roadside facilities. ・Preparing annual budgets, executing contract management, monitoring construction progress, and inspecting all stages of the project, including final acceptance and review of as-built documentation. ・Handling land management matters, including damage claims, cases of illegal occupation, construction restrictions, and verification of road land boundary markings. - Lease of State-owned by Tender ・Oversaw the management of state-owned land beneath freeway structures, supervising 86 tenants in 2023. ・Achieved NT$73.36 million in annual rental revenue. ・Handled budget preparation, contract administration, lease document review, overdue occupancy cases, and related legal matters. - Sun Yat-Sen Freeway widening Project of south-side road shoulder besides Xizhi Weigh Station ・Managed a contract value of approximately NT$10 million. ・Conducted design-stage reviews, risk assessments, schedule control, contract administration, construction supervision, and final acceptance. ・Assisted in handling construction risk incidents and damage compensation cases, ensuring project outcomes complied with technical and safety standards. - Demolition Project of Illegal Constructions occupied state-owned lands in Renai District, Keelung City ・Led the compulsory enforcement process and successfully demolished illegal structures on state-owned land that had been under litigation for 25 years. ・Coordinated with local residents, community leaders, elected officials, and legislative offices to build consensus. ・Responsible for budgeting, contract administration, construction progress supervision, site inspections, final acceptance, and damage compensation related to the demolition project.
