I’m a graduate of Singapore Management University with a degree in Information Systems, specialising in Business Analytics, and gained international exposure through an exchange program at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. With experience in product support and data analysis, I’m passionate about improving product performance and driving meaningful business outcomes. I’m particularly interested in roles that involve end-to-end ownership of initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and using data to build scalable, user-centric solutions. Served as Main Person-in-Charge (PIC) for multiple platform features, managing product execution and ongoing stability across assigned product areas. Managed and prioritized user-reported bugs and feature requests, translating them into structured Jira backlog items for engineering execution. Partnered closely with engineering teams and regional stakeholders to deliver bug fixes and new features, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues and stable releases. Conducted data analysis and reporting on 100,000+ records to support business performance tracking. Built a Python-based optimization model (Google OR-Tools) to improve routing efficiency and reduce costs. Delivered data-driven insights to stakeholders, supporting operational and strategic decisions.
