Translational research focus in prostate and kidney cancer developing patient derived animal models to recapitulate tumors in human. Development of immunotherapy and targeted treatments including more recently novel neoantigen vaccine as a strategy to target multiple mutations 20-30 targets all at the same time. This hopefully will transform the treatment of cancer and truly make cancer personalized and individualized. Medical educator including internal medicine faculty, program director of hematology/oncology fellowship, simulation and novel strategies including developing curriculum for several courses for Advanced practice providers and above all educating patients and caregivers to empower and equip them in their cancer journey.
