Pausa is a contemporary Italian restaurant listed on the Michelin guide rated Bib Gourmand. Our name, Pausa, means pause in Italian (surprise surprise!) and summarizes our mission, which is to provide a spot for our guests to take a short recess from their daily pace of life while enjoying some mouthwatering contemporary Italian food. I am primarily responsible for training new hosts, managing reservations, greeting guests, leading guests to their tables and most importantly looking handsome at the front desk.
Now Pear.us One Market is a small business CRM platform whose mission is to help local businesses with customer acquisition and retention in the face of covid headwinds and competition from larger, more strategically advanced chains. I overhauled merchant-side business settings page, fixed and identified various bugs and unresolved issues, and was the first-ever intern at firm.
