Initiated process flows for an education supply procurement platform, integrating user journey to set up key procedures for every stakeholders, including web developers, designers, merchants, and teachers
- Built prototypes in a wide range of fidelity using human-centered interaction design, ensuring the technology readiness of targeted users before launching Thailand’s first fully-digitized lending platform that generated over 3 million USD of value - Designed and developed wealth management chatbots from market-sizing study to JavaScript based technical development with 2 data scientists and a graphic designer, resulting in more than 200,000 unique users in total - Created a template for recording and analyzing cost structure adopted by team leads to develop systematic product pricing, cost-benefit analysis, monthly manhour tracking, and annual regulatory report
- Analyzed data and conducted due diligence for a leading Southeast Asian retailer, regarding mobile application features to digital marketing and customer acquisitions for a proposal - Managed a team of 8 multi-national experts in conducting onsite research and logistical data analysis for one of the largest conglomerates in Thailand, providing key recommendations in routing optimization
Under Financial Institution Regulatory Department, Consolidated Supervision & Financial Innovation Team - Developed guidelines for current standards and eligibility criteria for Thailand’s Regulatory Sandbox, a safe-space for FinTech startups to innovate and make experiments with real customers under the protection of financial authorities - Conducted research on open API initiatives, detailing advantages, disadvantages, and scope of individual initiatives from the perspective of a regulator and coordinated with the Risk Management team to assess possible impacts
