The activity included the design of a Lean/Six Sigma initiative, to anchor First Choice in the group wide strategy, define the respective group objectives and implemented yearly customer survey logic, working with a central team and a decentralized steering structure. Process improvement teams have been qualified and established on shop floor level and awareness been built on various management layers in all division, while constantly driving the vision throughout the group, supported by a multi-channel communication approach.
