German and European Patent Attorney specialising in mechanical engineering and related technologies, with extensive experience in German, European and international patent practice. My experience includes drafting and prosecuting German, European and international patent applications, as well as opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office (EPO). My practice covers a broad range of mechanical and electromechanical technologies, including automotive engineering, manufacturing technologies, medical devices, advanced materials, mechatronics and complex industrial systems. I regularly advise on patentability, validity and infringement-related matters, combining deep technical understanding with practical legal analysis. I hold the European Patent Litigation Certificate (EPLC) and have a particular interest in patent litigation, validity disputes and proceedings before the Unified Patent Court (UPC). I am a German Patent Attorney, European Patent Attorney and representative before the EUIPO. I serve as an inventor counsellor at the German Patent and Trademark Office (DPMA). My professional memberships include the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi), the German Patent Attorney Bar Association and FICPI. In addition to my legal practice, I have been a certified sailing instructor with the Technical University of Munich's university sports programme for many years.
