Scope: Led all IT operations and transformation initiatives for Belgium’s 3rd largest mutual health fund. Oversaw an integrated IT service center supporting both internal mutualities (Helan, Partenamut, Freie Krankenkasse) and external clients (Neutrale, Liberale, Christelijke Ziekenfondsen). Key Achievements: • Managed 400 FTE across infrastructure, applications, security, and enterprise architecture • Oversaw a €80M IT budget, delivering 24/7/365 services across 300+ locations • Executed a full IT transformation roadmap • Started capability-based planning and portfolio governance (IT4IT) • Redesigned sourcing model to reduce cost and risk • Streamlined internal governance through Comex and Strategic Committee roles • Delivered cost-efficient, high-quality IT services to 6M+ insured citizens and 4,000 internal users Note: Role concluded in June 2025.
