Establishing the Information security from scratch in 1999, evolving to a CISO role with a 5FTE specialized team protecting EU critical infrastructure in a 9 billion € infrastructure group. EPCIP & NIS compliance, ISO27001 certification in Belgium, ANSSI homologation in France & certification against BSI requirements in Germany. Cyberincidents prevented or handled avoiding business impact in a 24/7 critical IT & OT environment. Representing Fluxys in national & international coordination bodies (Synergrid, ENTSO-G, GIE).
