I sourced $37M in pipeline, contributed to $4.5M in closed/won revenue, and was named Back-to-Back SDR Team MVP at Moveworks. Promoted from Enterprise SDR to Strategic SDR in 7 months. The only SDR on my team to win back-to-back quarterly MVP awards. What I actually did in the role: • Mapped full buying groups before first contact. At a Fortune 500 Banking Company, I independently secured meetings with the VP of AI CoE, SVP of HR, and VP of IT - which led to a CEO-to-CTO executive briefing and an active enterprise opportunity. • Ran early-stage discovery alongside AEs on complex deals, contributing to qualification and advancing 3 opportunities now in late-stage pipeline. • Built territory plans tiered by propensity and buying readiness before making a single call. 92 meetings booked. 77% show rate. 61% at Director level or above. 18 VP+ meetings at Fortune 500 companies. Before Moveworks, I founded a B2B company in Indonesia - 70+ clients, $65K revenue, 97% retention in year one, in a second language, with no playbook. That's how I approach a territory.
Moveworks is an Agentic AI Assistant providing employees at 350+ enterprises (including 10% of the F500) with a front door to get work done. I covered Stategic accounts targeting CHROs, CIO's, and IT leaders. • Named Back-to-Back SDR Team MVP - Q1 FY26 ($3.61M qualified pipeline) and Q2 FY26 ($2.75M qualified pipeline). The only SDR on the team to win consecutive quarters. • Sourced $37M in ARR pipeline across 92 opportunities. Exceeded quota 5 of 6 quarters: 128% in Q3 FY26, 122% in Q1 FY26, 105% in Q4 FY26. • Contributed to $4.5M in net new TCV across 3 sourced and closed accounts, with $7.1M in additional qualified pipeline currently in scoping. • Revived a stalled deal at a Strategic Auto Services Company by surfacing a newly hired SVP of IT with prior ties to a Moveworks customer. Secured an onsite for my AE that drove the $1.5M TCV deal to close. • Multi-threaded a Fortune 500 Banking Company independently - securing separate meetings with the VP of AI CoE, SVP of HR, and VP of IT without AE involvement. Led to a Moveworks CEO to Fortune 500 Banking Company CTO executive briefing. Active opportunity. • Booked 92 meetings at a 77% show rate. 61% at Director level or above, 36% at VP level or above. 18 VP+ meetings across 37 Fortune 500 accounts. • Participated in early-stage discovery alongside AEs on complex deals, contributing to qualification and advancing 3 opportunities now in late-stage pipeline.
• Promoted to Strategic SDR in 7 months after consistently exceeding quota across a 100+ account territory supporting 2 AEs.
•Quarterbacked complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across 6 executive teams building mutual plans, aligning internal departments, and coordinating external partners to drive execution from kickoff through delivery. • Launched 4 community initiatives, established 5 non-profit partnerships, and recruited, trained, and deployed 250 volunteers to execute service projects throughout the city of Austin. • Developed and delivered tailored platform demonstrations to 6 executive teams translating complex database features into customized solutions for each congregation's unique goals, resulting in a 33% increase in adoption across the organization.
