Helping the company expand into beverage production, I was creating/ designing beverages. I worked with regulatory body ( Gh-FDA) in registration of new products developed by the company. I also assisted in the factory layout, equipment installation, responsible for setting up an analytical laboratory.
Design new beverages according to marketing brief and country. I also supported senior researchers and developers on sparkling projects, juice projects and tea projects for sub-Saharan Africa.
Food and Hospitality Manager Planning and organisation of all activities from purchasing of raw materials through to consumption of food. Also includes Staff Management, Safety and Supervision, handling food complaints, Setting standards for food production and service, Logistics.
