Previous Key Achievements: • Development and delivery of the “Tasting Host” App, used by 700 Hosts to plan and execute Wine Tasting events, • Interim migration of our entire northern hemisphere data centre, to the Azure Cloud. • Definition and execution of the original ICT Roadmap for Delegat, focused on establishing a single solution suite supporting 80% of our business processes . All our Viticulture and Grower Management, Finished Product Packaging, Supply Chain, Finance (ERP) and CRM business processes have now been supported by our Microsoft Dynamics AX Enterprise System platform for a considerable period. • Successfully completed the integration of all IS services to the Barossa Valley Estate Winery (South Australia), acquired in 2013 [M&A]. • Established a robust Annual IS Business Planning Cycle, capturing our annual commitment to the organization and defining the objectives upon which IS performance is evaluated. • Similarly, delivered commercial and governance platforms that would support technology acquisition and delivery cycles to support the rapidly developing Delegat business, and • Establishment and evolution of Delegat’s small, business-facing IS Team.
