I have over 20 years of work experience in multiple areas including management. I have learned to become a team leader in every situation that needs guidance towards better performance. I have learned how to deal with the different attitudes of people and how to create a safe and productive work environment. I am a stern but fair leader that shows empathy for certain situations and gives guidance and direction where needed. I am also a role player that is not afraid to roll up my sleeves and get my hands dirty to get the job done properly.
As a work study job, I was in charge of answering and directing phone calls, filing documents, and greeting and providing support for customers\clients, and assisting in daily office needs,
I was in charge of scheduling, inventory, daily data entry, and supervising the staff. I was also in charge of disciplinary actions over my shift and customer service reports. I left to continue my education at Southern University.
