About

With more than two decades of experience in executive IT, I focused on digital channels, leading software engineering, architecture and platform evolution. Currently, I lead the engineering team for Banco BV's channel tribe, responsible for the institution's main application. Throughout my career I have led teams with more than a hundred members in a single project and experienced the major transformations in the banking sector, from the call center era, through the internet to the present day with a focus on mobile. I am proud to have contributed to programs that stabilized and evolved digital platforms. Graduated in Computer Science from UNISA, with an MBA from Insper and specializations in Crisis Management and Innovation and Entrepreneurship from MIT and Stanford University. A programmer since I was 15, I maintain my constant curiosity in search of new knowledge and skills.
