- Tech stack: Golang, Kubernetes (EKS) - Responsible for a cross functional squad of 10+ engineers in the core ordering domain - Later on being responsible for the whole backend chapter composed of 25+ engineers, taking care of their technical development through feedback chats, goal setting, knowledge sessions and technical coaching - Led the migration of the platform from PHP to Golang improving services performance on average by 50% - Introduced event driven architecture to the group allowing the growth and scale of the platform operating in 20+ countries with 1M+ orders a day - Responsible for backend platform architecture and long term tech strategy - Responsible for hiring process growing the team from 15+ to 30+ engineers - Shaped the Delivery Hero Tech brand representing the company in Meetups and Conferences together with recruitment team
- Tech stack: Javascript (Backbone), PHP (Symfony) and Kubernetes running on AWS - Managed 10+ people, taking care of their further development through feedback chats, goal setting, knowledge sessions and technical coaching. - Plan, support and execution of the migration from monolith to microservices helping to increase team productivity and allowing the organization to grow - Responsible for quarterly definition of the tech strategy together with the CTO and other leads. - Responsible for implementation of Agile practices within the team

Activities: Architecture, development and launch of Ridelink API and a Management Tool using PHP and other technologies like Elastic Search, MySql, Redis and Amazon SQS. Continuous integration with TravisCI and Deis. Mentoring a team with 3-5 developers.
