Reimagined user experiences and moved the entire service be public multi-cloud while scaling to multiple exabytes per year. + Executed a massive business model transformation from enterprise subscription to consumption, including all of the culture, process, tooling and other changes needed across Product, GTM, G&A functions. + Led a combined business unit responsible for Microsoft's Application Platform. + Incubated and launched dozens of Azure services (Web, Mobile, API hosting, caching, video, message bus, resource management and more) and scaled them globally to hundreds of thousands of nodes transacting billions of requests daily. + Invented, launched and scaled the Azure App Service (most popular paid service by # developers) + Invented and launched the Power Apps and Power Automate services for citizen developers, initiating the Microsoft's Power Platform + Led and transformed multiple core Microsoft technology to open source and the cloud including .NET Framework, Internet Information Services (IIS), Visual Studio and more + Incubated, launched and scaled the Microsoft video streaming platform which powers Azure and Office 365 video services + Instituted the design discipline for Microsoft's cloud and built and scaled the user experience from the ground up for Microsoft's public cloud to support millions of developer and IT users operating and managing millions of instances across hundreds of services globally every single day.
